Tione is an all-rounder and highly qualified and experienced business and management consultant. He has unrivalled international and local consulting experience. He is passionate about SME led economic growth and development and has specialist skills in business strategy, financial modeling and auditing, human resource development, business mentorship and coaching, feasibility studies, process mapping or business re-engineering and facilitation. He is a PhD candidate in Agricultural Economics with the University of Galway, Ireland. He holds a Master's of Arts in Economics, Bachelor Degrees in Agricultural Economics, Diploma in Accounting, Diploma in SME Entrepreneurship and Innovative Management, Diploma in Management Consulting, Certificate in New Tools for Business Development and a Certificate in Agribusiness Incubation. He is a Chartered Accountant (ACCA) and full member of the Institute of Chartered Accountants in Malawi and the Association of Chartered Certified Accountants (ACCA) and the Chartered Management Institute (CMI/IC).

Frank is a qualified Management Consultant and Enterprise Development and Strategy Expert with over 15 years experience. He is a results-driven development professional working with Government, private and development sectors and has experience across a varied range of inclusive economic growth and sustainable development programmes. Frank has vast experience in research, training, business management, entrepreneurship, SMEs development, business modelling, marketing, change management, sustainable energy, strategy development and implementation. He holds a Master's Degree in Strategic Management (Distinction) from the University of Derby, a Bachelor of Social Science Degree (Credit), a Professional Diploma in Marketing, Diploma in SME Entrepreneurship and Innovative Management, Diploma in Management Consulting, Certificate in New Tools for Business Development. Frank is an alumnus of Young African Leaders Initiaitve and has lectured at University of Malawi's Chancellor College.

Ernest is a Finance and Administration Manager with over 10 years experience in finance and administration. He holds a Bachelor of Accountancy, Diploma in Financial Accounting and Certificate in Financial Accounting. He has managed a couple of projects funded by Malawian Government, USAID, GIZ, DfID, World Bank and African Development Bank. He also understands the culture of Malawian existing enterprises/businesses such that his interaction with the local people, organizations and enterprises is smooth, sympathetic and efficient.

Mathias Timothy is an innovative and flexible Business and IT Specialist with 8 years' experience in business management, designing, developing and managing Management Information Systems and specialised applications. He holds a Master's in Business Administration, Bachelor of Science Degree in Information Technology, a Certificate in Trainer of Trainers for SEED-Business Developmment Service Providers, a Certificate in Leadership and High Performing Teams and a Certificate in Project Monitoring and Evaluation. Mathias is quick to grasp new ideas and concepts and develop innovative and creative solutions to problems and businesses. He also underwent a business consulting training when he joined UMODZI Consulting in 2015. He has worked on several projects with profit and non-profit organizations including GIZ, Intellecap, Global Communities, Christian Aid, USAID, ADMARC, IFPRI Malawi, SFFRFM, MOGA/VSO, DAES, BASEflow and Land O Lakes. Mathias also has over 5 years' experience in youth and MSMEs development and management.

Tionge Mukwala is an Economist with a strong background finance, economics, budgeting, capacity building, financial models, investment and monitoring and evaluation. She holds a Bachelor's Degree in Economics ans Certificate in Monitoring and Evaluation. She has practical experience in articulating the best strategies for organisations in the private and public Sector. She has worked on AGCOM, GIZ, adelphi and USADF projects. She understands the challenges of adapting to the work environment from the academic environment. Furthermore she has experience in training Farmer Organisations and SMEs in Business Management, Business planning and Financial Management. She understands gender issues, leadership and governance, conflict resolution, data management, proposal development, project implementation and monitoring and evaluation.

Inga is an experienced Livestock and Aquaculture and Fisheries professional with wide knowledge and skills in modern livestock and aquaculture techniques. He also has vast extensive and management consulting experience. He has practical experience in articulating the best strategies and approaches for rural smallholder farmer development, data collection, participatory approaches, proposal development and project monitoring. He is also a result-oriented, self-motivated and innovative professional.

Hussen is an energetic, result-oriented and professional with over 7 years experience in financial management and administration. He holds a Bachelor of Accountancy and currently is studying a Master of Science in Entrepreneurship. He enjoys being part of a a challenging and productive team. He is quick to grasp new financial ideas and concepts and develop innovative and creative financial solutions to client's problems. Hussen has worked on a number of projects. He possesses vast experience in financial management and administration. He has delivered financial management and othe business consultancy services to a wide range of local organisations.

Vinjeru is a confident and highly organised agribusiness professional with a range of expertise in, SMEs development, marketing, coordination, training, monitoring, evaluation and stakeholder management. She holds a Masters of Science in Agribusiness Management, a Bachelor of Science in Agribusiness Management, a Certificate in Leadership, a Certificate in Circulation system construction of agricultural products and a Certificate in Train of Trainer in entrepreneurship, business management, financial management and credit management .She is attentive to detail with hands-on experience in project implementation and coordination including driving teams in pursuit of excellence. Vinjeru is a BHEARD alumina and has excelled in scientific research focusing on technology adoption.

Vincent is a professional energy and agricultural engineer. He holds a Bachelor of Science Degree in Irrigation Engineering, Diploma in Irrigation Technology, a Certificate in Plant Technology and Renewable Energy, a Certificate in Advanced Geographic Information System and a Certificate in Geographic Information System with Mini Grid applications. He has a progressive professional experience of over 7 years in Livelihoods projects with focus on Irrigation/Agriculture, Sustainable Energy projects - focusing on clean energy, Risk Management, Environment & Natural Resource Management, Agribusiness, a team player, self-starter, result oriented and motivator. Part of the team that developed, designed and implemented a pilot off grid project funded by EU for Malawi and Zimbabwe.
